1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyAnalytica (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use EasyAnalytica, including free and paid account holders.

2. Description of Service

EasyAnalytica provides web and product analytics tools, including but not limited to traffic analysis, user behavior tracking, dashboards, reporting, and related features (collectively, “the Service”). Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using EasyAnalytica, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@easyanalytica.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

EasyAnalytica offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at sign-up.
You authorize EasyAnalytica to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

5.4 Price Changes

EasyAnalytica reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Collect or track personal information of others without their consent.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 EasyAnalytica IP

All content, software, logos, designs, and features of the Service are the exclusive property of EasyAnalytica or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to or collect through the Service (“Customer Data”). By using the Service, you grant EasyAnalytica a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant EasyAnalytica a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. EasyAnalytica is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EasyAnalytica does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYANALYTICA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EASYANALYTICA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyAnalytica and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13.2 By EasyAnalytica

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any matters arising hereunder.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

If the parties cannot resolve a dispute through arbitration, or in cases where urgent injunctive relief is required, either party may seek recourse before the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
